YOUTH (ages 6-12) :  Tues & Thurs 6:30-7:30 pm
ADULT (ages 13+)   :  Tues & Thurs 7:30-9:00 pm



A dynamic and exciting program in which students advance in a team-centric atmosphere that encourages attentiveness, discipline and personal development. This program encourages youth to push their abilities in a safe, 'bully-free' environment.

An exceptional environ in which camaraderie and team spirit help adults reach their personal goals of improved cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, self-defence or the coveted black belt. Training occurs at a student-specific pace, recognising the physical limitations faced by some adults.

Extra training sessions are frequently offered to provide students with the opportunity to better prepare for belt gradings and tournaments or to improve upon their technical or cardiovascular conditioning. Advanced seminars with expert instructors are also offered each year.
